About Lyons Elementary Lyons Elementary is nestled in the beautiful town of Lyons, Colorado, which is also known as "The Double Gateway to the Rockies". We are part of the St. Vrain Valley School District that is located in Longmont, Colorado, 10 miles east of Lyons. Our school offers Preschool through Fifth Grade.
